The Foreign Military Financing (FMF) program provides grants and loans to help countries purchase U.S-produced weapons, defense equipment, defense services, and military training. FMF is primarily used to fund weapons or equipment purchases; trainng is more often provided under the International Military Education and Training (IMET) program.
