SOF REF Yellowbook

The SOF REFERENCE Yellowbook is the FOUO annex to the SOF Reference Manual. The Yellow Book includes laws, regulations, policy memoranda, and other governing documents applicable to the organization and employment of Special Operations Forces. The Yellowbook was last updated December 2003.
